PAYMENT
It is quick and easy to make an online purchase from Lulla & Belle.
All our payments are processed by Paypal but you do not need a Paypal Account to purchase from Lulla & Belle.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro cards. Of course if you do have a Paypal account you can use it to make a regular account payment.
We are happy to accept alternate methods of payment such as a Bank Draft, Postal Order or Cheque. If you wish to pay by Bank Draft, Postal Order or Cheque then please contact us via the contact page on the website or at [email protected].
Please note that if you are paying by Bank Draft, Postal Order or Cheque your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment. However, if you require an item urgently please email us at the time of ordering and we will do our best to accomodate your requirements.
All our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery and therefore a signature will be require upon delivery. If you would like your items posted by Special Delivery please email us and we will be happy to arrange this for a small additional fee.
Our Standard Delivery Charge within the UK is £2.00 for Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery on the first item and an further £0.50 for each additional item. Delivery outside the UK for the first item is £3.00 for international small packets and an additonal £0.50 for any further items ordered.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with any items purchased from Lulla & Belle. However, if for any reason, you you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided your item is :
1. returned within 7 days of receipt
2. with proof of purchase
3. in its original packaging
4. unworn and not marked or damaged
5. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post, accordingly items must be returned by recorded delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was faulty and is being returned for an exchange.
